    Hot Spring Bliss with Amazing Mountain View!

    Although there were a few hiccups with the TV system, the friendly staff efficiently resolved the issue, we could enjoy a cozy night in.

    We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms with a private hot spring bath and a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel facilities were excellent and included a large swimming pool, kid's playroom, board games, and even a coin-operated laundromat. The English speaking staff were very friendly, offered excellent customer service, and helped us with all our needs. This hotel is located in a rural area by green hills, perfect for our relaxing getaway.

    The room was spacious with a beautiful view and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast that had a variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was perfect for a romantic escape, with scenic surroundings and easy access to local attractions.

    Our romantic escape was dampened by the poor service. The staff was unenthusiastic and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome.

    Room was spacious with wonderful in-room hot spring experience. Tranquil scenery with balcony overlooking mountains. Good variety of buffet items for dinner.

    Breakfast was super busy with huge tour groups. No interesting selection in breakfast and dinner buffets.

    This resort is located in a peaceful and quiet area of the region, away from any busy city. There are also attractions nearby, like Luya Hill, making it a great location for sightseeing. the rooms are spacious, with hot-spring tubs in every room, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains. the breakfast and dinner are well-reviewed, with replacements of empty dishes appearing promptly.

    One minor issue is the lack of storage cabinets in the rooms.

    This hotel is a luxurious venue that has exclusive amenities to offer. We enjoyed our time in the Spa & wellness center where we had a full body massage and other beauty treatments. the staff was really friendly and provided an excellent service. We appreciated the location advantages of this hotel, as it was located in a peaceful area with stunning views of the landscape.
